Shipping From Thailand 

We provide all phytosanitary certificates and required import permits for our US-based customers ordering in our bulk shipments cleared by Next World Exotics, free of charge. Shipping costs generally range from $350 to $400 per 19.5" x 39" x 14.5" box, which includes international and domestic shipping, but may be higher or lower depending on airline freight fees.

Customers importing orders themselves, and non-US based customers, must provide us with their import permit and are responsible for paying for all associated shipping costs, including domestic broker fees and phytosanitary documents.

Exported plants are carefully cleaned, with bareroots wrapped in sphagnum moss, and sent via air cargo to ensure healthy delivery. We do our best to reduce volume without compromising on plant safety for the lowest possible shipping costs.

*Note: Cosmetic damages are not uncommon from international shipping due to plant stress. We do not offer refunds or replacements for cosmetic damage. However, if you encounter any issues with your imported plants, don't hesitate to contact us. We can offer advice and guidance on the best way to acclimate them to ensure minimal issues. We also do our best to be flexible to ensure you are happy with the plants you receive.
