Order Changes and Cancellations

We try to be as flexible as possible for our customers, but do not allow order changes or cancellations after we have taken delivery of the plants from our partner gardens due to logistic reasons. We generally take delivery of plants one week before the specified shipping date.

Returns and Refunds

Once shipped, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns for any reason. We do offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. To be covered by this, you must adhere to the following terms.

  • You must pickup your plants at your local air cargo facility within 2 hours of the shipment arriving.
  • Take clear photos and videos of any dead plants during unboxing.
  • Message us within 5 hours of the shipment arriving at your chosen airport describing the issue and include the photographs.

If any plants arrive dead, we provide credit towards your next order. 

Damages

Even with the best preparation and packing of plants, cosmetic damages are not uncommon during international shipping. These may include yellowing leaves, brown spots, broken stems or petioles. We do not provide refunds or credit for plants received with cosmetic damages.

That said, we do want you to be happy with your shipment. If you feel any of your plants arrived in unacceptable condition, reach out to us a support@terrafloraglobal.com or message your TerraFlora Global contact person within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and we'll do our best to work with you towards a satisfactory conclusion. Please make sure to include photos with your email or message. Do not make any changes or alterations to the plant before contacting us.
