How do I get your price list?

To get our wholesale pricelist, head over to the Buy from Us page and fill out the form with your company details and preferred contact method.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, fill out the google sheets pricelist we send you with your desired quantities and send it back to us. After that we'll discuss payment and shipping dates.

How do you ship?

We ship all established plants via air cargo. This is the fastest and safest option. It is also generally the most economical. For in vitro TC plants, we can ship via Dragon Courier if you prefer, however this voids our Live Arrival Guarantee.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs generally range from $350 to $400 per 19.5" x 39" x 14.5" box, which includes international and domestic shipping, but may be higher or lower depending on airline freight fees. If you want to pick up your plants from our domestic partner in West Palm Beach, then it is just $200 to $250 per box for the international shipping portion.

How long does shipping take?

Once the plants leave our Thailand facility, they will usually arrive at your preferred airport cargo facility in 3 days.

Are plants shipped directly to my door?

Plants shipped via air cargo are not delivered directly to your door. You'll need to go to your preferred airport's cargo facility to pick them up.

How often do you ship?

We do bulk shipments to the United States once a month. For orders over $20,000, we can ship on your chosen dates. For European and American customers using your own import license and import broker, we can ship on your chosen dates.

What is your minimum order size?

Our minimum order size is $3,000 USD. However, we do try and support small sellers. If you would like to order from us but can't meet the minimum order size, please message us via Instagram or Facebook. We make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?

Yes. Please see our Refund policy for details.

What are my payment options?

We accept wire transfers and money transfer services like Wise. In some cases we may accept Zelle transfer for our U.S.-based customers.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled until payment is made. Once payment is made, we do not allow order cancellations due to logistic reasons, as many of your plants will already have been delivered to us from our partner gardens.
